Although last week’s Aromatherapy Dough gift idea is definitely a simple DIY with impressive results, this week’s gift idea is an even easier way to pamper Mom! Sugar scrub recipes are certainly not difficult to find on the internet, and basic ingredients are sugar and oil. You can easily experiment with anything else to get just the scent and texture your mom will love. I wanted something super creamy, with the richness of brown sugar, so I made up a double batch of this:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Mix together thoroughly and store in an airtight container.
Seriously. That’s it.
Well, almost. As you know from last week’s project we’re all about making these sweet, simple gifts really impressive for Mother’s Day or any other occasion, so click below for the free printable package that includes the lovely Sugar Scrub lid label in the photos.
