ABOUT THE ARTIST
Barbara Anne Williams
designs from her home in the beautiful Cache Valley of northern
Utah. Raised in Wyoming with a few years in Colorado and Utah
sprinkled in, her western heritage influences her country
designs. A more subtle influence stems from her love of
Northern Italy where she spent over a year as a missionary. The
Italian people's capacity for finding beauty everywhere, and
creating it where it is lacking, taught Barbara to find
inspiration in the world around her.
Barbara is passionate
about personal and family history, and her work is dedicated to
those who came before (who left a heritage through their
stories, photos and handiwork) and those who will come after
(who will enjoy that same heritage if she's done her job right).
She especially thanks her husband who shows remarkable patience
when she's up against a deadline, her wonderful children who
think everything she makes is either delicious or beautiful, her
mother whose unfailing support and friendship are forever
treasured, and her father who is remembered each time she signs
her work =A . |
